  • 'Elon Musk secretly ordered his engineers to turn off his company’s Starlink satellite communications network near the Crimean coast last year to disrupt a Ukrainian sneak attack on the Russian naval fleet'[1]. At this point I'm not sure how far control of expensive things IN SPACE which are critical to some down here is from whimsy. 😞

I'm on a role... thinking about the lack of basic usability for example accessing twitter/x data how I wish to, feeds, API and the lack of POSSE[1] support, I don't think its worth bothering with anyway. I'm getting out.

Ooooh no. I'm out - 'Twitter, now X, will begin collecting users’ biometric data'[1]. Makes me think back to how glad I am that I did not sign up to ancestry or similar as they can be bought out by anyone any time.

'Twitter accused of helping Saudi Arabia commit human rights abuses'[1] - I don't know if it is true, but it is just one more bit of bad over there at 'X'... I'm re-evaluating whether I want to continue tweeting (xing?). Oh yeah, the verb is now broken/unclear...
